This repository contains the scripts used for in the manuscript: Breast Tumors Maintain a Reservoir of Subclonal Diversity During Expansion

Scripts are provided in the format of a package to reproduce paper figures.

Scripts are available in the folder R.

Processed datasets can’t be deposited at this repository due to IRB protocol. Raw datasets are deposited under BioProject PRJNA629885.
