Access to this data will be aviable via the CZI cell by gene portal (CellxGene).

The CellxGene is a suite of tools that help scientists to find, download, explore, analyze, annotate, and publish single cell datasets. It includes several powerful tools with various features to help you to engage with single cell data.

The nuclei data is currently being curated at CZI for their portal format and will be released at time of publication.
