Single Cell Research Talks

The center organizes a weekly seminar series on Fridays from 4-5pm at MD Anderson that focuses on research related to single cell genomics. The seminar series is open to all researchers in the Texas Medical Center (TMC) and includes attendees and speakers from Baylor, University of Houston, Texas A&M, Methodist and Texas Children’s Hospital. TXSC seminar series are supported by GCC gulf coast consortium

The GCC is a cluster of researchers across the TMC institutes that are interested in developing and applying single cell sequencing technologies for research applications. The GCC organizes a yearly single cell symposium, networking activities and has regular meetings with members across the TMC.
