Data Analysis Support

  • scRNA-seq analysis: clustering, high dimensional analysis, cell type identification, differential expression analysis, pseudotime inference, signature and pathway analysis

  • scDNA-seq analysis: mutation calling, copy number profile inference, clustering, phylogenetic analysis, annotation of cancer genes and pathways

  • Users will meet with the computational scientists at SCGC for a consultation to discuss plans for the analysis of their datasets.

Note: Customers are expected to provide a detailed outline of the design of their experiment. (e.g. treatments, replicates, comparisons), and the download information for the appropriate reference genome sequence and annotation data required for these analyses.
